Referrals to RAMA go either to the General Casework Team or the Immigration Team.

Professionals referring a client should complete the Referral Form below with full details so we can assess the client’s needs and provide the appropriate support.

How to refer a client

Please complete the Referral Form with full details and send it to the appropriate team using the guidance below:

— General Referrals

If you are referring a client with needs relating to:

Accommodation / housing
Physical health
Mental health
Education
Benefits
Employment
Other general support need

Please ensure all sections of the form are completed to avoid delays in processing the referral.

— Immigration Referrals

If you are referring a client because of issues relating to:

Immigration status
Domestic abuse
Modern slavery
No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF)
Family visa applications
Applications based on Human Rights claims
Fee waiver applications
Any other immigration queries

About our Immigration Advice Service

RAMA is a not-for-profit organisation with limited funding. We support people who cannot afford paid immigration advice. As demand for our service is very high, we currently have a waiting list. To make sure help reaches those who need it most urgently, we prioritise clients who are facing destitution or serious financial hardship. Thank you for your understanding.
