Refugee Week is a UK-wide festival celebrating the contributions, creativity and resilience of refugees and people seeking sanctuary. Founded in 1998 and held every year around World Refugee Day on the 20 June, Refugee Week is also a growing global movement.
We are always looking for innovative ways of raising funds to meet the ever increasing need for subsistence payments to our many clients in distress and are now holding a Lottery leading up to Refugee week with the draw taking place on 20th June. First prize is £200, second prize £100 and third prize £50. There are many other prizes too, such as a food hamper, a bottle of whisky, yoga lessons and more!
