How we help
At RAMA we provide support with the complexities of a new life in a foreign country, at all the different stages of the integration process.
We help people get basic support to enable them to recover their dignity. We give advice and guidance on the asylum process.
We assist with everything from school applications, doctors’ visits, signposting, transport, job applications, English lessons, sourcing furniture to finding toys.
We put people in touch with local befrienders and run a programme of sessions in computing, crafts, gardening and many other activities.
Our aim is to enable people to build safe and productive lives in our community.
